Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Executives (BDEs) at LBF

The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a critical role in expanding LBF’s Customer base and ensuring smooth communication between the company and Customers. As the first point of contact for potential and existing Customers, BDEs are responsible for promoting return plans, addressing Customers queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. They report directly to the Assistant Manager and play a key role in the company’s growth.

Identify and connect with potential Customers, explaining LBF’s Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C return options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of investing with LBF.
Assist Customers in completing return documentation and onboarding procedures.
Follow up with existing Customers to provide updates on monthly returns, wallet points, and LBF-authorized marts.

Address Customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Educate Customers on wallet points redemption at LBF marts and assist them in using the system.
Act as a bridge between Customers and the Assistant Manager, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.
Provide on-ground support to Customers for financial queries, plan details, and return withdrawals.

Work towards increasing Customers participation and growing LBF’s presence in different regions.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales and return strategies.
Collect feedback from Customers and suggest improvements in return plans and customer engagement strategies.
Participate in promotional activities, Customer awareness campaigns, and financial education programs.

Report Customers data, progress, and concerns to the Assistant Manager on a regular basis.
Work closely with the Regional Manager to meet business goals and expand LBF’s Customers network.
Assist in executing LBF’s marketing campaigns and Customers awareness programs.

Promote LBF’s tree-planting initiative, ensuring that each Customers plants at least one tree as part of the company’s sustainability efforts.
Educate Customers on financial literacy, savings, and long-term return benefits.
Support LBF’s mission of empowering middle-class and lower-income families by providing them with stable financial growth opportunities.

The Business Development Executive is the face of LBF, playing a crucial role in acquiring new Customers, maintaining Customer relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of financial services. By focusing on customer support, business expansion, and financial education, BDEs contribute directly to LBF’s mission of financial empowerment and social impact.
