Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of LBF’s operations. Positioned between the Regional Manager and Business Development Executives (BDEs), the Assistant Manager acts as a key support system, overseeing Customers relations, guiding the BDE team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Act as a mentor and guide for BDEs, ensuring they meet their targets and follow company protocols.
Provide training and coaching to BDEs on return plans, wallet points, and customer handling.
Monitor BDE performance, address challenges, and offer strategic solutions to improve their efficiency.
Conduct regular meetings to review market trends, Customers feedback, and business development progress.
Oversee Customers interactions and ensure all queries, concerns, and complaints are handled promptly.
Assist Customers in understanding Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C, including returns, wallet points, and mart usage.
Ensure seamless customer service by coordinating between BDEs and Regional Managers.
Address wallet points or mart-related issues, ensuring Customers can redeem their points without hassle.
Resolve customer disputes, process escalations, and maintain Customers satisfaction levels.
Work alongside the Regional Manager to expand LBF’s market presence by bringing in new Customers.
Identify potential areas for LBF-authorized marts and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for business growth.
Analyze regional market trends and provide insights to enhance business strategies.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and Customer awareness programs.
Ensure BDEs are following compliance guidelines and proper documentation for all returns.
Oversee TDS deductions, wallet point allocations, and financial transactions to maintain transparency.
Work with the Regional Manager to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of Customers data, sales reports, and customer feedback.
Encourage BDEs and Customers to participate in LBF’s tree-planting initiatives and environmental activities.
Promote financial literacy among Customers, educating them on return security and long-term planning.
Support LBF’s mission of helping middle-class and poor families achieve financial independence.
